Hello! Just days ago, it was cold and windy, and I was fully expecting more snow. Fast forward to today, and it's just shy of 80 degrees. The sun is out and so are the people. All of this makes living downtown great fun. I took a stroll down the block to one of my favorite coffee shops to enjoy the changing of the seasons and get some work done.
